Adaptive Strength Association of BCĀ
The Adaptive Strength Association is a non-profit organization, currently operating within the Comox Valley, that is dedicated to making fitness accessible and inclusive for individuals of all abilities. We specialize in creating adaptive strength training programs that help people with mobility challenges, neuro-adaptive needs, and other functional limitations achieve their fitness goals. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate coaching, we aim to break down barriers in fitness spaces, ensuring everyone feels confident and supported. Our mission is to foster strength in body, mind, and community while promoting an inclusive culture in gyms and beyond.

Up until now, it has always felt like a chore. One of Marnieā€™s super powers is helping you implement healthy habits but in a way that feels accessible and intriguing to you.
